No. The icons tell you everything you need to do. You may print things out or use photo editing software to do what it tells you to do.
It mentions "it would have been easier if she had a physical copy of it." Why is that?
Imagine you are ripping a page out of the book. What exactly do you have? Take what you exactly have and do what the icons tell you to do. Take each column separately, though.
For the first column, take the first page, page 37. If you were to rip this page out, it would have a reverse side, page 38. However, this page would be backwards, reversed, mirrored. So if you have two single sided pages, make sure 38 is mirrored when you overlay the two. Do the same for the next two numbers in the column. To make sure things are aligned correctly, make sure the bottom line and page circle are aligned.
Amidst everything, you will be able to read something clearly. If you can't, then something has been done wrong. Look at the bottom lines.
